Those who have followed us on social media this week (or who have been following our UNBOXING / ART SHOW livestreams on YouTube) have known this was coming:

The original art covers for Neil Gaiman's 1602 by SCOTT MCKOWEN will be dropping this week!

This is not your usual comic art. To help familiarize you with Scott and his process for this series, please check out the supplemental material from the 1602 hardcover collection below. All in Scott's own words.

1602 is Neil Gaiman's greatest Marvel work, and with the massive success of the SANDMAN Netflix adaptation, further media exploration of the 1602 universe would seem to be a matter of when, and not if. But independent of that, these are simply beautiful works of art, unlike anything we've seen in comics before.

Besides the actual covers, Scott has also provided all the sketches and prelims that went into creating them. As you can see below, many of these sketches have also been published. There will be over 30 pieces available to collectors at the drop. We are honored Scott has chosen us for this very special offering. The art drop announcement is coming shortly. Very shortly.
