A note about our drops...PLEASE READ! SDFC 2022!

As many of you experienced on SDFC 2022 Day One yesterday, our site was overwhelmed by traffic, and many of your requests resulted in error messages. Our host has a dedicated server for our drops so such instances are rare. But it can occur when traffic is especially extreme. Most recently, the same thing happened during the AKIRA drop. We anticipate heavy traffic throughout SDFC 2022, and are hoping to avoid what happened yesterday again.

One way to help us is to only submit your request ONCE. If your submission shows as successful, you're good. It only slows things down when everyone is submitting the same request multiple times.

I do understand that if you get an error message, that you'll want to try again. But if you don't get an error message, then please know that your request was submitted successfully and let the chips fall where they may.
